Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by VerdictIQ (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
VerdictIQ provides professional consulting services including, but not limited to:
- Google Tag Manager (GTM) audits
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) audits
- Conversion tracking validation
- Attribution analysis
- Tracking implementation services
- Related technical consulting
All services are advisory and technical consulting in nature.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Grant necessary administrative access to required platforms
- Confirm they are authorized to provide such access
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
Project timelines depend on client cooperation and access being granted.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full prior to service commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Failure to provide required access after payment does not void payment obligations.
4. Refund Policy
All services are subject to the VerdictIQ Refund Policy.
Work is considered commenced once:
- Required platform access has been granted
- Audit analysis has begun
- Implementation work has started
Refunds are governed strictly by the published Refund Policy.
5. No Performance Guarantees
VerdictIQ does not guarantee:
- Revenue growth
- Advertising performance improvements
- Lead volume increases
- Specific business outcomes
Services focus solely on tracking accuracy, system validation, and technical implementation. Business results depend on numerous factors outside the Company's control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerdictIQ shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Data loss
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All documentation, reports, audit findings, implementation plans, and strategic materials remain the intellectual property of VerdictIQ until full payment is received.
Clients retain ownership of their own platform accounts and proprietary business data.
8. Confidentiality
VerdictIQ will treat client data and platform access credentials as confidential and will use them solely for purposes of delivering agreed services.
9. Termination
VerdictIQ reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:
- Platform access is revoked
- Abusive or fraudulent behavior occurs
- Payment disputes or chargebacks are initiated improperly
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
